Heavy‑duty Rotator Wrecker is independently developed by Guangdong Yuehai Motor Vehicle Co., Ltd. to meet market demands. It is a high‑speed and high‑efficiency heavy‑duty wrecker widely applied in urban road rescue, traffic administration, highway clearance and accident handling.
All wrecking operations are fully hydraulically driven, featuring multiple functions including lifting, underlifting and towing.
The entire underlifting assembly adopts our patented double‑hinge full‑load folding underlift mechanism (Patent No.: 01242245.2). It is adaptable to various road conditions. Especially for vehicles with low front overhang ground clearance, when the towed vehicle bounces or travels on sloped surfaces, the underlift arm will not collide with the vehicle’s front overhang, preventing damage to the towed vehicle.
Equipped with an automatic balancer on the underlift arm, it effectively resolves the above‑mentioned challenges during vehicle underlifting. Therefore, underlifting operations are flexible, fast and highly adaptable.
The boom supports continuous 360° rotation to fulfill lifting and towing requirements from all directions. Its maximum lifting capacity ranges from 25 to 60 tons, with a maximum lifting height of 12‑13 meters, comparable to dedicated cranes.
The front outriggers adopt telescopic inclined supports with a large span, delivering good passage for lifted objects. The rear outriggers feature hydraulic lateral telescoping, which greatly improves anti‑tipping performance during lateral lifting operations.
Our company is equipped with complete sets of equipment for anti‑rust pretreatment of raw materials, ensuring raw materials remain free from rust and corrosion for a long period before processing. All metal structural parts undergo degreasing, cleaning, rust removal, rinsing, surface conditioning, phosphating and electrophoresis treatment, achieving a salt‑spray resistance of over 800 hours.
