Besides the performance of hydraulic components, the reliability of the hydraulic system mainly relies on system cleanliness. A major cause of poor cleanliness is residual rust inside steel pipes. For this reason, our factory is fitted with a shot‑blasting machine and applies a one‑of‑a‑kind domestic special process: internal sand‑blasting, acid pickling, rinsing, passivation, sealing and electrophoretic coating. Prior to assembly, oil pipes go through internal cleaning, drying and anti‑rust oil treatment to ensure stable performance of the whole hydraulic system.
