Our company has developed a patented L‑shaped tire‑gripping mechanism (Patent No.: 01242243.6, patent application filed), available for customer selection. Designed for safe, efficient and fast wrecking operations on vehicles with long front overhang and low front‑end ground clearance, this L‑shaped tire‑gripping mechanism is equipped with power unit (hydraulic or mechanical) and safety devices. It effectively prevents collisions between the vehicle’s front overhang and the lifting arm during actual operations.
All metal structural components undergo surface treatment including degreasing, cleaning, rust removal, rinsing, surface conditioning, phosphating and electrophoretic coating, achieving a salt‑spray resistance of over 800 hours.
